In 1995, J & A was first founded to service a nation-wide fast food chain contract. Since then, by way of re-roof or repair, J&A has serviced over 300 stores in 100 cities in the lower 48 states without a call back to date. Mr. James is currently enjoying a perfect rating with Service Magic, Done Right and the BBB San Diego. Mr. James also has a perfect record with the CSLB. In the Spring of 2010, Mr. James was invited by the Contractors State License Board to travel to Sacramento, CA. and act as an expert adviser for the re-writing of the C-39 Roofing Exam. He acceped and is personally responsible for 10 questions on the exam as well as the deleting, modification or removal of another 20 questions. Mr. James was the on-site inspector in 1994 of all the court houses and jails in San Diego, including the main high rise court house in El Cajon. Mr. James has experienced the roofing business as a roofer, salesman, inspector, consultant and contractor.
